Not Corn Dogs but they remind me of those too. We call them "Cat Tails" but am not sure that is a universal name. It is a nice photograph.

Dan Allen: Blue Bell Hill, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States; Dan Allen lives in Philadelphia's Blue Bell Hill neighborhood.
